Certification
At the heart of the Organic movement are the certification bodies. These are the organisations that inspect the farmers to make sure the strict guidelines for organic production are adhered to, giving the consumer the confidence that products are genuinely organic. There are many certifying bodies worldwide and many are overseen by IFOAM who ensure best practice and continuity. The Organic Fresh Food Company keeps electronic and paper records of all producers and their certification details so that we can be sure that we are selling only the real thing.
