Ian Elliot - Cresswell Barn Farm
Ian Elliot had been farming at Cresswell Barn Farm for 13 years. The 225 acre South Pembrokeshire farm comprises woodland, grassland, cereals and crops. Together with his neighbour, Bruce Carlisle, they jointly grow some 140 acres of potatoes using shared labour and machinery.
Grassland is utilised by grazing tack cattle and silage for winter keep. This winter Ian intends to fatten store lambs as an additional enterprise.
Cresswell Has 65 Acres Of Woodland
