Dried, frozen and fresh store cupboard essentials are always available, as are poultry, fish and meat. Of course due to our successful Wholesale business here in Lampeter, West Wales, we also stock a comprehensive range of fresh organic salads, fruit and vegetables from local growers, UK and abroad. Please note when ordering meat that while we have most items in stock, to ensure we have what you want please place your order by the Monday the week before your order is to be delivered.

Arrow is an award winning small company, jointly owned by Tony Norman and Matthew Murton, based just outside the Marches village of Pembridge, on the Leen farm. With their close connection to Wales, they supply a range of seasonal vegetables to the Organic Fresh Food company in Lampeter, crops including sweetcorn, celeriac, carrots, beans and broccoli.

Their aim is to provide top quality organic food to as many people as possible from a sustainable farming system, while maintaining decent working conditions and salaries for their staff. Matthew says “cropping is based around customer need and social responsibility”.

Tony adds, “The farm is set in the beautiful Arrow valley where otters, kingfishers and greyling are in abundance, fields are surrounded by hedges under 14 different management techniques, all to encourage different bird species. All our field margins are left unploughed to give room for the ground nesting birds and to improve biodiversity, its also makes a better spot for our lunch break!”
