What a fabulous time of year, think of summer and think of afternoon barbeques with friends and family, long balmy evenings, picnics in summer meadows and the hum of bumble bees.

Summer is one of the most abundant times of the year for delicious home-grown salads, vegetables and herbs. We now have a fantastic variety of delicious produce growing in our fields, everything is so full of flavour and goodness. Walking through our walled gardens at this time of year is a delight with the sweet smell of cherry tomatoes drifting in the air, the fragrance of basil and Red admirals flitting between the marigolds and sunflowers!
