It’s apple and pear time of year. In our shop we are now stocking a wide range of UK grown apples and pears. To celebrate this year's apple harvest, in conjunction with the local Permaculture Group we are organising an APPLE DAY. This year it will be held on 10th October at our shop in Lampeter, from 11am to 3pm. A local apple and tree specialist will be attending and we aim to have a range of local products and producers to help us celebrate. Come and join us.

The Organic Fresh Food Company aims to supply everything organic. In our shop we stock a wide range of fresh produce, from fruit, salad and vegetables to wines and spirits. From everyday household and tinned products to dried and fresh organic herbs, flowers and pet food. We stock wholefoods and store cupboard essentials as well as fresh and frozen poultry, fish and meat.  Please note when ordering meat that while we have most items in stock, to ensure we have what you want please place your order by the Monday the week before your order is to be delivered.

FREE LOCAL HOME DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE thanks to our link with Calon Wen. This new venture means that we can amalgamate distribution thereby bringing all your supplies direct to your door and halving our carbon footprint!

We took over the successful retail shop from Organic Farm Foods on 1^st January 2007. Since then we have expanded  to carry a larger and even more exciting range of vegetables, meats, dairy, grocery, herbs, plants and flowers. Soil Association certified we specialise in local produce and products sourced directly from artisan producers in the UK and abroad.

REMEMBER REFILLS AVAILABLE. In order to minimise packaging and keep prices as low as possible, we buy bulk products.  Bring your own containers and try our extra virgin, low acidity, olive oil from Greece, excellent sunflower oil and our range of products from Ecover. We also offer organic wine by the litre - so bring bottles for all your refills - save money and help reduce waste.

There is ample car parking with convenient access for wheelchair and pushchair.  We accept most credit/debit cards and our knowledgeable and helpful staff are always on hand to help with any questions you may have.  If you let us know what you want we will even make up your order for you!
