The Organic Shop

In the most recent exciting chapter in the life of The Organic Fresh Food Company, we took over the shop on the industrial estate in Lampeter in January 2012. At the same time the whole company moved premises to the unit next door, and the shop has had a bit of a re-jig, and is in a lovely light and airy space.
We sell a huge range of organic fruit and vegetables, specialising in the locally grown produce, and promoting seasonal eating. Soil Association certified, we work closely with growers, sourcing direct both at home in Wales, and the UK, and from further a field when we import from Holland, Spain, France and Italy.
We also offer a huge range of dry goods, store cupboard items, meat, dairy, and fresh fish from Cardigan Bay. We have a cheese counter stocked with organic and local cheeses, and a large selection of wines from around the world. In spring, summer and autumn we also have a range of plants and flowers, and sell seeds for the budding growers all year round.
To minimise on packaging, and to keep costs low, we have a range of refills available. Bringing your own containers you can refill on olive oil, sunflower oil, a range of cleaning products from Ecover, and even wine is available by the litre. We also sell dry goods in bulk at great savings to you, this includes the staples like rice, oats, and sugar.
